What Youll Do Lead and inspire a team of surveyors, setting clear objectives and supporting their development. Oversee complex building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition assessments in line with RICS standards. Manage major works projects from start to finish, including tendering and contract administration. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations (HHSRS, Building Regulations, CDM). Contribute to asset management strategy and long-term investment planning. Act as the primary technical liaison for internal and external stakeholders. What Were Looking For Essential Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS). Proven experience in project management and contract administration. Strong knowledge of construction technology and building regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage budgets and deliver value for money. Clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites. Willingness to undertake DBS checks Desirable Degree in building studies or related field. Experience in housing sector and using JCT/PPC2000 contracts.
