As a key player in our Service Delivery team, youll be the go-to expert for delivering top-tier IT support across the university. Whether its via phone, remote access, or deskside assistance, youll be solving problems, empowering users, and keeping our digital ecosystem running smoothly.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Providing expert support across a wide range of IT systems and services.
* Leading the way in ITIL-aligned processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
