We are looking to recruit a Head of Art & Photography OR Design Technology to share best practice, to promote, and to facilitate the delivery of excellent teaching and learning, and to inspire students.
The successful candidate will be working in partnership with TLR holders, Senior Leadership Team and Governors to ensure the continuous improvement across the school.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be educated to degree level with QTS in your subject.
* Be passionate about developing students’ interest in your subject area.
* Have a clear vision and lead by example.
* Love encouraging, motivating and inspiring children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning.
* Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve at Royds Hall.
* Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
