Roles and Responsibilities
We are searching for enthusiastic and dynamic Health Visitors and School Nurses to influence the transformation of the Healthy Child Programme offer in York. You will work alongside a range of partners providing support to children, young people and families across the Family Hub Network. The roles are based in Family Hubs across the city and may offer some home or hybrid working. We provide all of our contacts with children and families in person and encourage office presence to support team morale.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
