A major part of the role involves corporate support — including employment due diligence on acquisitions, TUPE advice, and strategic workforce planning for fast‑growing businesses.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Advising on Employment Tribunal claims, disputes, grievances, and negotiated exits
* Drafting contracts, policies, and day‑to‑day HR advisory work
* Leading employment due diligence on corporate transactions
* Supporting on TUPE, reorganisations, and workforce change projects
* Building strong client relationships with entrepreneurial and high‑growth businesses
* Contributing to business development and the growth of the practice
