You must also be an excellent communicator, be able to train staff on the workings of the photocopiers, manage priorities and meet deadlines. Your role will include: ● Completing reprographics work for staff, taking instructions from standard forms or emails to meet deadlines ● To prepare work for reproduction, eg exam papers, certificates, newsletters ● Completing binding, laminating and hole punching ● Keeping the photocopiers in good working order and ordering consumables, i.e. toner and paper and liaising with photocopier supplier If you have the skills, drive and enthusiasm this could be the perfect role for you.
