The Groucho Club is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Cultural Programming Coordinator to support the delivery of our vibrant calendar of events at one of London's most iconic private members' clubs.
As the Cultural Programming Coordinator, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes, providing administrative and operational support to the Cultural Programming Manager, ensuring every event runs smoothly and reflects the creative spirit of the Club.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the Cultural Programming Manager with the planning and delivery of the Club's event calendar.
* Handling event administration including contracts, bookings, schedules, and budgets.
* Liaising with internal teams (F&B, Membership and Marketing) to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless delivery.
* Assisting with communication to members about upcoming events via newsletters, flyers, and digital platforms.
* Managing guest lists, RSVPs, and event check-ins.
* Providing on-the-day support at events to make sure everything runs smoothly.
* Researching and contributing ideas to help shape the cultural programme.
