Responsibilities
* Deliver long-term financial plans, budgets and forecasts
* Produce high-quality management accounts, forecasts and insightful variance analysis
* Partner with budget holders to strengthen financial understanding and support decision-making
* Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving actions, and support effective responses
* Advise on business cases and the financial impact of key decisions
* Communicate clear, accessible financial insight to non-finance stakeholders
Qualifications
* Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or part-qualified with significant relevant experience
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key trends
* Experience producing high-quality management accounts and financial reporting
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of audiences
* Confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
