* Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
* Handle residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
* Advise clients on a broad range of real estate issues

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 3+ years PQE
* Experience in both commercial and residential property law
* Able to manage residential files independently and confidently
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
