What will the HR Advisor role involve? Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policies, employee relations, and best practice Coordinate new starter processes, inductions, and onboarding, as well as manage leaver processes, including exit interviews Produce and manage HR reports, including regular updates for senior stakeholders Oversee the full recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers and contracts Ensure all job descriptions and person specifications are accurate and kept up to date Lead on annual reviews of the staff handbook, HR policies, and templates to ensure compliance with employment legislation Actively monitor absence cases and conduct return-to-work interviews Coordinate the performance appraisal process and employee engagement initiatives Suitable candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) with proven experience in a generalist HR role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent administration and organisational skills with ...
