We are looking to recruit a professional co-ordinator to join the Resilience and Security Team at Rolls-Royce Submarines. You will be responsible for the coordination of activities to support the team in collaboration and performance delivery. The job requires exceptional planning and time management skills to achieve objectives and projects.

You will report directly to the Head of Resilience and Security and help coordinate all aspects of resilience and security for Rolls-Royce Submarines.

What you will be doing
You will provide professional and complex administrative services to facilitate the delivery of the teams deliverables to support the wider business.
* Time management responsibility to prioritise emerging risks and deliverables.
* Provide advanced administrative support for meetings and accountability tracking.
* Support in the delivering of the Customer and Regulatory requirements and ensuring that the teams business KFE’s and objectives are maintained.
* Coordination of the business continuity plan managing risk and escalations to relevant stakeholders.
* Provide people management support aligned to business policies and procedures.
* Coordination of enhanced briefs for visitors.
* Report and presentation preparation.
* Support Safety, Security & Licensee Authority with regulatory, licensing and emergency requirements.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.
