Within the Corporate Service Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent standard of service to our Corporate and Commercial customers.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will support our Corporate & Commercial customers and Relationship Teams with day-to-day banking through channels including Telephone, Email & Secure Message.
The difference you’ll make:
1. Servicing inbound calls and emails from customers, both internally and externally, through personal ownership or liaising with other departments, escalating issues or complaints as needed.
2. Using various systems to ensure all queries are fully answered and accounts are accurately updated.
3. Performing high-value transactions on customers’ accounts.
4. Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Quality Assurance targets and AHT targets.
5. Displaying Santander’s Team behaviours in line with the Client Services ethos.
What you’ll bring:
* The ability to treat each customer as an individual and deliver tailored responses.
* Ability to work within procedural guidelines.
It would also be nice for you to have:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, including clear articulation, good listening and questioning skills, and empathy where appropriate.
* Numerical and computer skills with high dexterity.
* Flexibility across opening hours.
* The right to work in the UK.

This role is based in Glasgow.
We support work-life balance with site-based contracts and a hybrid working pattern, with an expected attendance of at least days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles). Consider your travel distance, time, and costs when applying.

This is a full-time, permanent role with rotational shifts between Monday and Friday.
