We are recruiting a Buyer/Procurement Officer to support procurement and commercial activity within a hospital environment. This role involves working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities

Raising material requisitions for site engineers
*
Goods receipting and managing contractor invoices
*
Monitoring the commercial inbox and daily invoices
*
Liaising with subcontractors on procurement, renewals, and payments
*
Supporting PPM contract monitoring and renewals
*
Raising payment certificates for approved applications
Essential Requirements
*
Background in subcontractor procurement and management
*
Strong SAP / ERP system experience

Knowledge of contractor payment processes
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*
Strong Word and Excel skills
Desirable: QS or commercial knowledge
