Finance Manager A growing business based in Oakham is looking to appoint a hands-on Finance Manager to support and strengthen its finance function. This is a key No.2 role, reporting into the Group Financial Controller, with broad responsibility across day-to-day finance and month-end delivery. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of the finance function Monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) Forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis Payroll and VAT Stock and balance sheet reconciliations Deputising for the Group Financial Controller Requirements: Proven experience in a hands-on Finance Manager or Management Accountant role Background in a stock-based environment Strong management accounts experience Sage 50 experience essential Payroll experience Comfortable in a fully on-site role Details: Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Full-time, permanent On-site, Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm) If you are an experienced Finance Manager or Management Accountant looking for a broad, operational role with real ownership, Apply to discuss the opportunity in more detail or call us on 0115 960 7000
