Senior / Principal Contract Recruiter – Tech (Global)
📍 North East | Hybrid (3 days office-based)
💰 Salary up to £50,000 + commission
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Principal-level Contract Recruiter to join a small, high-performing recruitment business based in the North East, supplying global technology clients.
This is a LinkedIn Recruiter–led role, focused on delivering into live, warm contract opportunities that the business is already supplying into. You will not be starting from scratch, the platform, clients and demand are already there.
The Role
* Deliver contract recruitment solutions into global tech markets
* Work with established clients and active requirements
* Source, engage and manage contractors using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
* Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle, from brief to placement
* Operate with a high level of autonomy in a trusted, senior environment
About You
* Proven experience as a contract recruiter at Senior or Principal level
* Tech recruitment experience is ideal, but strong contract recruiters from any professional services sector (IT, Engineering, Finance, Energy, Construction, etc.) will be considered
* Confident managing clients and candidates in a fast-paced contract environment
* Comfortable working in a small team where everyone pulls their weight
* Commercial, delivery-focused and self-motivated
