Responsibilities
* Cook meals and support daily routines in the kitchen.
* Engage children in activities in the garden, in crafts, and during playtime.
* Provide emotional support and positive guidance within a close-knit team.
* Collaborate with Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts to support best outcomes for children.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with Children: in care, education, or another setting, bringing passion and energy.
* Enthusiasm & Resilience: eager to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
* Qualifications: willing to work towards (or hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People\'s Workforce.

* Base salary of £26,799 - £29,264 plus £3,900 annual sleep-in allowance.
