Senior PMO Analyst 6 month FTC London Hybrid - 1-2 days pw £65,000 to £75,000 We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a PMO Analyst to support a major HR and Finance transformation programme. This is a key role within the Programme Management Office, acting as a central coordination point to ensure effective planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the programme. The successful candidate will support the delivery of the Programme while also providing PMO support to the Strategic Change portfolio, helping to drive structure, visibility, and governance across multiple initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support programme governance by maintaining project management standards, templates, and best practices Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and highlight deviations from plan Track KPIs and produce dashboards and status reports for programme stakeholders Maintain and actively manage RAID logs, supporting effective risk and issue resolution Support project managers and teams to ensure consistent delivery practices Assist with project planning, timelines, and key deliverables Coordinate programme communications and maintain a communications tracker Ensure programme artefacts and documentation comply with organisational standards Support change management activities to enable adoption of new HCM and Finance systems Strategic Change PMO Support Help establish a structured, data-led PMO framework for tracking milestones and RAID across the change portfolio Develop dashboard reporting suitable for senior and executive stakeholders Produce monthly portfolio RAID reports for review with the Head of Strategic Change and Project Managers Skills & Experience Strong PMO experience gained within the financial services and or insurance industry Experience working on an ERP implementation programmes (HCM/Finance) and on change projects Experience of implementing PMO frameworks Experience managing programme artefacts, RAID logs, and programme plans Good understanding of project delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong problem-solving ability with the ability to support complex business change Please apply now for more information
