Job Description
Manpower is proud to partner with Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare innovation, to recruit an Associate Administrative Assistant for the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team.
This exciting role supports cross‑country clinical operations, providing high‑level administrative and operational support to GCO leadership and teams, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple countries.
Working within the X‑Country Support Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will help drive efficiency, collaboration, and compliance across administrative processes that underpin Johnson & Johnson’s clinical research excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex business calendars with strong prioritization and time‑management skills.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events (on‑site, off‑site, and virtual).
* Handle confidential materials and interact daily with stakeholders at all levels.
* Support purchase order (PO) management and office logistics, including site visits and onboarding of new staff.
* Maintain and develop document management systems and SharePoint sites.
* Prepare presentations and internal communications, ensuring consistent, professional standards.
* Contribute to team projects, working groups, and cross‑functional initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the Johnson & Johnson Code of Business Conduct and relevant policies.
About You
* Organised, proactive, and professional administrator with a passion for excellence and a collaborative approach.
* Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years advanced administrative/secretarial experience.
* Strong understanding of the clinical operations environment or similar regulated setting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Zoom).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, initiative, and professionalism.
* Proven ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and act proactively.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
