We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Solicitor to join our Family & Children department in Norwich. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years PQE with experience in ancillary relief matters, and private law children work, who is confident managing a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.

The role
* Managing a mixed caseload across divorce, financial remedy and private law children matters.
* Providing clear, pragmatic advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Drafting applications, statements, consent orders and other legal documents.
* Preparing cases for hearings and representing clients where appropriate.
* Liaising with courts, counsel and third parties professionally and efficiently.
* Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and procedural requirements.
* Contributing to the wider team through collaborative working and knowledge sharing.
The following are essential:
* Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 2-3 years’ experience in family law.
* An ambitious and proactive mindset – this is a real opportunity for the right candidate.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
* Confident use of Microsoft Office and case management systems.
* A client-centred approach with a practical and proactive mindset.
