The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
* Proactively generate new business across commercial, industrial, and public‑sector clients
* Sell Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems
* Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting high‑value opportunities
* Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and tenders
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project handover
* Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and commercial sharpness

Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of CURRENT experience selling Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems
* Proven track record of new business generation (not account management)
* Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship‑building skills
* Self‑motivated, ambitious, and target‑obsessed
* UK driving licence
