About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients Network Control team as a Customer Service Coordinator on a short-term contract based at their Coventry Head Office.
In this role, you'll help keep our wastewater network running smoothly, managing telemetry systems and responding to real-time operational events to ensure our customers continue to receive reliable service.
What You'll Be Doing Monitoring and responding to eSCADA telemetry alarms .
Managing asset failures and supporting incident responses across the wastewater network.
Proactively managing network performance through telemetry control and alarm management.
Working closely with Customer Contact teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain service quality.
What We're Looking For Experience working in a fast-paced, reactive environment .
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable: Understanding of hydraulic operations, wastewater processes, or sewerage networks .
