Academics are recruiting experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants for temporary, ongoing roles in welcoming and supportive mainstream primary settings.

About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working alongside class teachers to deliver interventions, provide 1:1 support and enhance classroom learning in Doncaster.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning across primary year groups* Deliver small group interventions* Provide 1:1 support, including for SEN pupils* Assist with classroom preparation and organisation* Promote positive behaviour and engagement* Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements
* Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
* Minimum 6 months UK primary school experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience supporting SEN pupils desirable
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
