Role: Sous Chef (temp to perm position)
Location: Hatfield, AL10
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, Sunday)
Salary: £15.38 - £19.23 per hour
Shift pattern:
Working 5 days OT availability Sunday – Friday
Saturday – Day Off

Your role as Sous Chef:
You’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver outstanding food and service. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing delicious, high-quality dishes for clients and customers
Supporting the kitchen team to deliver food concepts with creativity
Helping manage stock, ordering, and reducing food waste
Overseeing kitchen cleaning and ensuring high hygiene standards
Assisting in managing budgets and meeting financial targets
Creating a positive and supportive kitchen environment
Complying with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
