About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Trade Sales & Marketing Specialist to grow our trade customer base at Stonewise.
This is not a typical sales role. You’ll own the full cycle:
* Generate leads
* Convert them into customers
* Build long-term trade relationships
If you understand how builders, landscapers, and contractors work—and can turn conversations into repeat business—this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and grow a portfolio of trade customers
* Proactively generate leads (calls, visits, LinkedIn, email)
* Convert enquiries into orders
* Run simple, targeted marketing campaigns (email / outreach)
* Drive repeat business and account growth
* Act as the go-to contact for trade partners
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years in B2B / trade sales (natural stone paving or similar preferred )
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Commercial mindset (comfortable with pricing & margins)
* Self-starter who takes ownership
* Able to balance sales + basic marketing activity
