Client Development Manager role in this growing UK law firm. Various UK office locations.
Office locations: Birmingham, Leeds, London, Manchester
This UK law firm, with a great culture and retention in their marketing and BD team, are growing and looking for a Client Development Manager to join. The role will work closely with the Head of Client Relationships and the Client Listening Manager, to develop the firms’ priority clients. This will include developing strategies to grow accounts, as well as developing client development best practices for the firm.
The role will include but isn’t limited to:

* Working with Client Partners and client team to develop client strategies; Producing and maintaining key relationships materials; Working with the Client Listening Manager on reporting; Proactively staying up to date with client and industry trends; Preparing secondment guidance for any Legal Advisors going onto client secondment; Developing internal comms relating to client activities; Supporting on client development projects as needed.
The role will suit a Client Development Manager or an experienced Senior Executive stepping up. Or a BD Manager with exposure to key account management looking to specialise. Ideally you will have experience within legal or a comparable environment such as accountancy. Experience of CRM systems such as InterAction would be desirable.
