Job Description:

V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of UK's fastest growing PropTech organisations, specializing in helping organizations reclaim overpaid business rates.

They are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

We are looking for a hungry, sales-driven individual with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.

The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000+.


Responsibilities

* Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue within the assigned territory.
* Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, focusing on Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
* Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating the value proposition and addressing their challenges.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs in business process management, risk & compliance, and enterprise architecture.
* Stay informed about industry trends related to business process analysis, process mining, and internal controls to support negotiations.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.
* Develop business plans and marketing strategies to support channel partners.
* Forecast bookings revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
* Develop KPIs and routines to review partner performance.
* Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.


Skills & Experience

* At least 6+ years in Account Management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
* Tenacious cold calling and lead engagement skills.
* Entrepreneurial and solutions-focused, with a client-centric approach.
* Interest in identifying client problems and providing solutions.
* Experience with enterprise clients (SaaS) as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
* Highly organized and analytical, with data-driven decision-making skills.
* Background in business administration, economics, or information systems is preferred.
* Experience in a 'New Business Hunter' role in related fields.
