Construction Administrator
Vickerstock are recruiting for a Construction Administrator for a leading client based in Belfast on a permanent basis.
The Construction Administrator, will be responsible for the creation of O & M manuals, Building User Guides and the maintenance of Health and Safety files and provide valuable administrative support to the Contracts Team.
Your new role as a Construction Administrator
1. Assist with the control and distribution of information to the Contracts Team
2. Create and compile Operational and Maintenance Manuals
3. Promote and ensure a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with SHEQ Policies and Procedures
4. Responsible for the maintenance and updating of H&S files
5. Preparing building user guides
6. Provide administrative support to Contracts Director and the Contracts team
What you'll need to succeed as a Construction Administrator
7. Excellent administration skills
8. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
9. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
10. Ability to work within a team
11. Ability to work to deadlines and within time frames
12. Detail orientated and precise with a logical approach to work
13. Good verbal and written communication skills
