The successful candidate will take responsibility for assembling products to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, quality and consistency in every unit produced. Key responsibilities: Accurately assemble components and finished products following written instructions, drawings and work orders Perform quality checks at each stage and report any defects Maintain a clean, safe and organised workstation Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship Assist with packing and labelling finished goods as required Complete basic production records and follow standard operating proceduresEssential skills and experience: Proven ability to assemble products to a high standard with strong attention to detail Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and simple technical drawings Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is advantageousWorking conditions: Fast-paced production environment Standing for long periods and occasional lifting of moderate weights Flexible shift patterns may be required depending on producti...
