As our People Advisor, you will be working closely with Managers and employees across assigned regional Business Units to provide day to day generalist HR Support. The role has an employee relations focus which involves guiding and coaching internal stakeholders to ensure matters are dealt with in an appropriate, professional manner, as well as supporting with employee engagement, employee development, policy & procedure and other people related matters.
