Castelan is a leading national furniture care business providing specialist customer services and repair solutions for furniture insurance, commercial clients, and major retailers. Our modern office is just five minutes from the town centre, with easy access by car, bus, bicycle, train or on foot.

About the Role

You'll support customers with their warranty claims for items such as furniture and electrical appliances often working in partnership with wellknown highstreet retailers. You'll manage each claim from beginning to end, ensuring fair, accurate outcomes while delivering friendly, reassuring service. This is a role where you can take ownership of your workload while still feeling part of a team that celebrates success together.

What You'll Be Doing

* Guiding customers through their claims journey with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
* Handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving queries efficiently
* Managing claims endtoend, from arranging repairs to processing settlements
* Keeping accurate, compliant records
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and achieve team goals
* Suggesting improvements to help us continually enhance the customer experience

What We're Looking For

Skills & Attributes

* Clear, confident communication
* Strong attention to detail and logical problemsolving
* Resilience, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
* Good timemanagement and organisational skills

Technical Skills

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
* Accurate dataentry skills
* Experience in a callcentre or claims environment is useful but not required

Experience

* Customer service experience is helpful - but not essential
* We value potential, attitude, and transferable skills as much as experience
* Full training provided
