ECommerce Trading Manager - Bath & Body Works
We’re looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager to join our growing eCommerce team at NEXT and take the lead in driving the exclusive Bath & Body Works beauty brand forward. Based at the Head Office in Leicestershire, this role offers a competitive salary and great benefits.

About the Role
As the eCommerce Trading Manager for Bath & Body Works, you will own website performance analysis, using data‑led insights to increase net sales and elevate conversion. Your responsibilities include:
* Grow sales for Bath & Body Works across the UK and on the new Total Platform website, leveraging tools such as marketing, content, navigation and search.
* Act as a brand partner and promote the brand within NEXT, driving sales through ideas, innovations, developments and marketing campaigns.
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming the key point of contact for Bath & Body Works.
* Identify and champion growth opportunities through data analysis of key online metrics, customer research and sales data.
* Use commercial insight to recommend ways to create a more engaging online experience for our customers.
* Apply expertise in search, navigation and commercial layouts to maintain an outstanding online offer and confidently make changes to the live site.
* Support the Beauty eCommerce Business Manager and wider online team with product and project launches.
* Continuously review search results and pages to optimise conversion and reduce bounce rates.
* Drive marketing opportunities that enhance a product’s online commercial appeal.
* Optimise the online funnel to guide customers through the shopping journey while maximising average order value.
* Create and maintain the marketing plan, ensuring it is executed on time.
* Identify, implement and drive commercial improvements through your insights.
* Develop team members through regular reviews and performance development plans.
About You
We are looking for an analytical eCommerce specialist with a passion for beauty, fashion and retail. You should have:
* Proven eCommerce Trading experience, ideally within retail.
* Analytical skills and comfort with large volumes of data.
* Experience line‑managing a team of Trading specialists.
* Organised, thorough and excited by challenges in a fast‑moving retail environment.
* Strong prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.
* Great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with team members at all levels.
* High motivation and a professional attitude, able to work under pressure.
* Keen interest in beauty, fashion and retail.
* Experience in Buying/Merchandising is desirable.
