Field Sales Representative - Red Bull - Red Bull Grocery role at Acosta Group. Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are looking for Field Sales Representatives (known as Strikers to Red Bull) to join our team based across the UK.
Role Details
Salary: £27,166.25
Bonus: 15% Performance Related Bonus
Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone
Responsibilities
* Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
* Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle
* Deliver world class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders
* Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets
* Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory
* Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
* Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in-store activations
* Assist with in-store execution and Point of Sale (POS) initiatives
Compliance & Data
* Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief
* Ensure product availability on fixtures and chillers with correct prices displayed
* Ensure correct execution of all new product launches
* Provide feedback for the improvement of key promotional activity
* Ensure all response data is recorded accurately
* Take high quality photos of activity completed with concise descriptions
Insights & Technical
* Provide actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity
* Provide feedback on changes to retailer in-store procedures/systems
* Keep abreast of trends in the channel
* Analyse intervention data to drive actions and determine dynamics of in-store visits
* Utilise sales data and other material to pre-sell upcoming activity
Administration & Travel
* Manage journey plans in line with briefing process
* Ensure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities
* Attendance at monthly team meetings
* Travel 90-100%
Experience
* Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment is preferred; we will consider motivated individuals from other sectors
* Be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand and have drive to succeed
* Be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong interpersonal skills
* Proven selling skills, commercial acumen, self-motivation, determination, and target driven
* We value experience over formal education
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Travel 90-100%
