A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Corporate, to support the continued growth of its national corporate offering. With significant investment in its regional offices and a strong national reputation, this is a rare opportunity to shape and expand the firm’s corporate offering in one of the UK’s most dynamic business markets.
The wider corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high-quality and varied, covering:
* M&A transactions
* Business sales and acquisitions
* Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
* Corporate governance and general advisory matters
This role offers real influence: you will have the autonomy to grow your own practice while leveraging an existing client base, strong cross-referral networks, and the support of a progressive national leadership team. For the right individual, this is a chance to be the driving force behind the firm’s corporate expansion in Glasgow.

* Experienced Corporate Partner seeking a step up to leadership.
* Strong presence in the Scottish corporate market and/or a following to bring
* Proven transactional expertise with excellent commercial and technical skills
