We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the processing of orders. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall operations of our business.
Duties
* Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
* Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, and shipping information.
* Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update the database as necessary.
* Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders in a professional manner.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the order processing team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an order processing or similar administrative role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and order management systems.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
