We’re looking for a highly organised, tech‑savvy Events & Courses Administrator to support a fast‑paced and varied programme delivered by Millfield Enterprises, the commercial arm of Millfield School. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage bookings for events, camps and courses, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Take calls and reply to emails providing helpful, friendly support to customers.
* Promote and sell Millfield experiences over the phone, sharing the excitement.
* Provide general administrative support and recruitment assistance to keep the team running like clockwork.

* Highly organised and detail driven.
* Confident communicator who loves helping others.
* Ability to multitask and juggle many tasks without breaking a sweat.
* Positive, curious, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Hours: 20 hours per week, 8.30am‑1.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Flexible days and/or hours may be considered for the ideal candidate.
