As a Sales & Management Trainee, you will gain insight into how to manage our current client campaigns by working with customers directly through face-to-face sales, building strong relationships and ensuring high-quality customer service. Job Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, building positive relationships.
* Clearly explain product information, tailored to customers needs/request
* Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs.
* Shadow senior management to support the delivery of client campaigns.
* Network with professionals in the sector.
* One-on-one mentorship from experienced managers to support professional development.
* Contribute to individual and team targets.
* Actively participate in performance reviews.
