* You will work directly with academics and senior education leaders to embed AI‑enhanced pedagogy aligned with academic integrity, quality, and inclusivity.
* Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 2 years.
* Base salary range: $104,243 – $115,661 p.a. (pro‑rata) plus 17% superannuation.

The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of curriculum design and innovation, including academic quality assurance and risk management, academic standards, teaching excellence and scholarship strategies.

* Proven expertise in pedagogical innovation, with experience integrating emerging technologies—particularly Gen AI—into learning and teaching.
* Demonstrated experience in the use of Gen AI tools and their application in classroom contexts, along with knowledge of related ethical, social, and equity considerations.
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-quality professional development for academic staff.
* Evidence of collaboration and partnership‑building across disciplines or managing projects in related areas to implement learning innovations.
