A secondary school in Haringey is seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide support across multiple subjects.
Your Role:
* Lead small intervention groups and support targeted learning
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Assist with classroom planning, marking, and assessment
* Promote positive behaviour and student engagement
Candidate Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
* Confident working independently with classes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
