Phi Group (part of Keller Ltd.) is hiring Site Operatives to help deliver projects that shape the future of infrastructure across the UK!
What You’ll Do
✔ Install a variety of retaining wall systems safely and efficiently
✔ Work closely with your team to complete projects to the highest standards
✔ Carry out daily inspections and ensure equipment is fit for purpose
✔ Promote safety on site — if it isn’t safe, don’t do it!
✔ Support your Supervisor and contribute to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
✅ CSCS Green Card (essential)
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ English speaking and great communication skills
✨ Bonus if you also have: CPCS Telehandler, Roller, Dumper, 360 Operator tickets, or experience with retaining walls or groundworks
