You'll learn what design solutions are important in the built environment. Sometimes on iconic landmark buildings. You'll spend time with design software which will help you write design specifications for heating, ventilation and air conditioning within different properties.

Well you do have to be an engineering graduate. Ideally with a mechanical Beng or MEng
Also you need to be a good communicator who is able to work with different stakeholders.

Here’s the nitty gritty about the day to day duties:
* The role will encompass mechanical detailed design, site surveys, report writing, technical analysis, calculations, feasibility studies and conceptual reviews.
* You will work within a team of 8 engineers,
* You will assist them with HVAC design production which may incorporate design software including AutoCad, IES and Hevacomp
