Your new role As Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. You'll play a key role in maintaining a professional image of the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately Answering and transferring calls in a courteous manner Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments Supporting general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation What you'll need to succeed You'll have previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, excellent communication skills, and a professional, approachable manner. Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role.
