Role Overview
A well-established and forward-thinking consultancy is seeking a Senior Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing fire safety team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Fire Risk Assessor to take ownership of complex projects across a varied portfolio, including high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments.
Responsibilities
* Lead on delivering detailed fire risk assessments, including complex and high‑risk buildings.
* Produce comprehensive reports, ensuring full compliance with current UK legislation, and offer clear, practical guidance to clients.
* Mentor junior assessors and support the wider team's technical development.
* Manage client relationships and attend site visits nationwide.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and service delivery.
* Maintain high standards across all projects.
Qualifications
* Recognised qualifications such as NEBOSH Fire, Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment, or equivalent.
* Tier 3 IFSM registration or IFE membership is highly desirable.
* Strong track record of delivering complex fire risk assessments independently.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
