Our wonderful client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support their team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the department. You’ll work closely with the wider team, suppliers, finance, and other internal stakeholders to manage administrative processes, coordinate communications, and support the planning and delivery of premium events and services. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, meeting minutes, and internal correspondence. Assist with event planning Process and track invoices and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budget controls and finance requirements. Manage supplier relationships, including handling queries and supporting procurement. Maintain accurate stock, compliance, and training records. Coordinate marketing and operational support requests Attend departmental and planning meetings as required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing documentation requirements. Carry out ad hoc tasks in support of the team Skills & Experience Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience in administration or a similar role, ideally in a high-end environment. Confident managing data and documentation with accuracy. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with purchase order systems and invoice matching. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Competent in Microsoft Office and other standard admin tools. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
