Your Role
As the Senior Product Manager for Reporting at RoomPriceGenie, you will define and deliver the next generation of performance insights. This is more than building dashboards, you’ll transform raw data into clear, actionable insight that helps our customers understand their business, make smarter decisions, and see the value of RoomPriceGenie every day. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineers together with your EM and work closely with design, research and internal stakeholders. Your mission: turn data into intuitive reporting experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
* Own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for reporting, aligning with company strategy and customer needs.
* Define how reporting evolves, from foundational metrics to advanced, AI-driven actionable insights.
Feature Development
* Drive the delivery of product features end-to-end, from opportunity assessment to shipped value-added functionality.
* Translate insights into well-scoped product needs that reflect real customer needs.
* Prioritize and plan while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
Customer Understanding & Feedback Loops
* Talk to customers regularly to uncover reporting pain points and unmet needs.
* Work with researchers and customer-facing teams to turn feedback into clear opportunities.
Collaboration & Influence
* Partner with engineers, designers, and researchers to define, validate, and execute reporting strategy.
* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure reporting drives adoption and business value.
* Influence leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize reporting as a core value driver.
Metrics & Impact
* Define and own reporting-related KPIs.
* Partner with the data team to ensure the right tracking and analytics are in place to measure performance and impact.
* Use data to guide decisions, validate hypotheses, and iterate fast.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, analytics, or data-rich platforms.
* Track record of building reporting, analytics, or data visualization features that deliver measurable customer impact.
* Ability to make complex data radically simple in product design, communication, and storytelling.
* Strong cross-functional leadership skills: able to align engineers, designers, and business stakeholders around clear priorities.
* Passion for AI and excitement about how AI is reshaping the products we build and how we build them.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communicator who can explain complex ideas simply.
* Curious, structured thinker with strong product intuition.
* Empathetic listener who turns customer needs into actionable strategy.
* Confident asking “why” until it’s clear, and explaining “how” until it clicks.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with the hotel or travel industry, or prior experience in revenue management systems.
* Background in analytics, statistics, or data visualization.
