To work as part of the Area Housing Teams providing clerical support to front line Housing Services. Provide clerical support to the Area Housing Teams. Provide a word processing and typing service to the Area Housing Teams. Provide a personal reception service. Contribute to service improvement and flexible team working. Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier, E-mail, Intra/Internet. Clerical/administration/typing experience. Experience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Access. 4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at Level 3 or above including English A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work in an open plan office environment. Ability to work at home or in different offices dependent on service requirements.
