About us

But, why the name Lemon? Well, we just liked it The Zest, the 'no sour business', the vibrant colours, it all seemed to work, and as there are one or two other successful fruit named companies out there, we thought if they can do it, so can we, and with that Lemon was born

What is the role?

We are looking for passionate and professional Full-Time Customer Service Advisors to join our expanding team in Stockton-On-Tees.

Our Customer Service Advisors make up a huge part of our world-class customer service team. They are the voice for our fantastic clients, and are often the first point of contact who help to solve the customer's queries and issues.

Full training is provided, therefore previous contact centre experience is not necessary. However, some customer service experience is advantageous We are simply looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals who will strive to deliver a genuine, high-quality customer service experience. What will your responsibilities be?

* Delivering a quality customer service experience on behalf of our clients
* Offering a personalised approach to each individual, listening to the customers' needs and offering them the relevant advice and guidance which suits the needs of their situation
* Handling and logging inbound interactions from customers (calls, emails, web-chat and messages)
* Managing interactions and escalating jobs and call-outs as required
* Using a wide variety of software systems, portals and CRMs to raise and dispatch jobs and call outs directly to our clients
* Understanding and complying with our Quality Management and Information Security Management standards
* Organising and prioritising your tasks, especially during busy periods, to ensure urgent tasks are handled quickly and efficiently
* Representing Lemon's core values of: Quality, Trust, Team, Passion, Empathy and Gratitude.

Our ideal candidate will have…

* Great verbal and written communication skills
* A passion to deliver a quality customer service experience
* The ability to listen to customer and adapt their approach to suit the customer's needs
* The ability to co-operate and collaborate in order to work efficiently as part of a team
* The ability to quickly solve issues and problems
* The knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently and effectively
* Previous customer service experience (whilst this is advantageous, it is not a requirement)
