Responsibilities
1. Supporting children:Providing care, play, and learning activities for children of different ages and developmental stages
2. Creating a safe environment:Ensuring the crche environment is inclusive and appropriate for children's needs and cultural backgrounds
3. Communicating with parents:Sharing information about children's needs and progress with parents and carers
4. Observing and assessing children:Monitoring children and discussing concerns with a line manager
5. Maintaining records:Keeping records of attendance, contact details, and other relevant information
6. Attending courses:Participating in courses and meetings to develop skills and knowledge
7. Completing tasks:Completing tests, assignments, and other tasks as part of the apprenticeship
