Overview
As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm and collected, getting involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire your colleagues to do their best work. You will take ownership of the store and lead by example to support your team when the Store Manager is absent. Responsibilities
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values
* Diligently check and process deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs
* Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
* Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
