We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor join our team. The role is full time and permanent, and you'll be working 36 hours per week summer ( 01st April to 31st October) and 21 hours per week winter (1st November to 31st March) .

This is an incredible opportunity for you to be a part of the team at Battle Abbey, the site of the 1066 Battle of Hastings, where the course of history was changed.
What's more, as part of our charity bringing history to life, you'll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others and make a difference to the way England's rich past is experienced.
As our Supervisor you will assist the Manager in the day to day running of the cafe. You'll be responsible for all aspects of running the kitchen, ensuring that English Heritage Food and Beverage standards are achieved and maintained, and that all legal requirements are met.
To support the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of the delivery, presentation and performance of a first class Food and Beverage experience. You will deputise for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence if necessary.
Requirements
* Experience of a medium to high volume working environment and assisting the general public.
* A keen interest in planning and implementing menus with wholesome home cooked food with a passion for food production and delivery.
* Experience of supervision of Food and Beverage staff.
* Knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP.
* Ability to work within budgets and target goals.
* Ability to motivate a team.
Interviews will be week commencing 12th February at English Heritage Battle Abbey.
