This is a rare opportunity, with a leading international law firm, for an experienced Energy Projects Lawyer seeking world class work in a supportive team.
In this varied role you will work across a breadth of privately and publicly financed international infrastructure and energy projects. You'll have exposure to cross sector work including hydrogen, carbon capture, use and storage, renewables, water, oil & gas and rail.
The ideal candidate will have proven commercial and governmental contracts experience including:
* Concession, supply, joint venture and offtake agreements
* Funding and acquisitions
* Sales and RAB arrangements
* EPC and construction agreements (highly desirable).
